Although Hallmark is a popular place for viewers to watch made-for-TV holiday movies, Lifetime has also followed suit in the past few years. The network has made more than 100 titles available on its website and app by January 1, 2025, and many of the films rely on similar tropes of small-town romance or Christmas heartthrobs.
Since Lifetime has a ton of holiday titles to choose from, we’ve narrowed down a few favorites for viewers looking for something to watch.
Entering the holidays

She is then sent to meet her past, present and future – and might even find romance along the way with a man named Justin (Michael Jai White).
Holiday Fix Up

The two work together not only on fixing up the inn, but also on their relationship. The film’s description notes, “he’s the one who broke her heart, and she’s the one who got away.”

Hewitt plays Andie, a woman who once ran a decorating business with her mother, but is now dealing with the grief of her first Christmas on her own. As expected in a TV holiday movie, Andie also embarks on a journey to find love.
A Country Christmas Story
In 2013, country legend Dolly Parton and Grammy-nominated musician Brian McKnight performed. A Country Christmas Story. Unlike most cheesy romances, this one features teenage Grace (Desiree Ross) who enters Parton’s singing competition with hopes of becoming a country singer. Along the way, it helps her reunite with her father, Danny, played by McKnight.
“It’s a sweet original movie, and I love that I can play my music, be a part of whatever I’m doing. I wrote some music for this little show. And I enjoy acting a little bit. It’s just fun,” Parton said The Oklahoman in 2013.
